The title bar shown at the top of your blog tag pages has its own theme settings in Focus Plus. Open any page in the page editor, click Global theme styles in the left panel and go to Other settings > Blog listing > Tag page. There you can set the Title background, the Title color, the Title font size (Desktop), the Title font size (Mobile) and the Title spacing (the padding around the title). If you do not want the bar at all, turn off Show page title bar on Tag page in the same Blog listing group.
Click Publish changes at the top right when you are done; the settings apply to every tag page of your blog.
The free Focus theme does not have these settings; they are available in Focus Plus.
