The Quote module is for popping out an important sentence or a quote, with an optional author name and author image below it. There is no separate quote template; the module can be placed on any page or blog post built with the theme. In the page editor, open the Add panel, search for Quote and drag the module into the section where you want it. Then click the module to edit its content in the Content tab and its look in the Styles tab.
The theme also ships ready-made sections built around this module. You find them by searching for Quote in the Sections tab of the same Add panel; drag one onto the page and edit the quote inside it the same way.
