In the content editor, please navigate to Global theme styles > Header colors. There, you'll find the color settings for your entire header section.
The background of the header is Header colors > Container > Container background. The bar that appears when you scroll down has its own colors under Header colors > Sticky bar, and the menu on phones and tablets under Header colors > Mobile. Click Publish changes at the top right once you are done.
