The menu font is a setting of the header module. In the content editor, click onto your header and open it in the global content editor (Website header module). Then go to Website header > Styles > Primary menu > Font style and set Menu item font style as desired. The dropdown items have their own setting under Website header > Styles > Submenu > Font style.
By default the menu follows Global theme styles > Typography > Secondary font, so changing the secondary font there changes the menu together with the rest of the site.
Once you change this setting, you must click Apply Changes first, and then click Publish to X assets button at the top right corner. This way it will take effect on your site.
