How can I create a boxed section with a right-aligned image and an offset?

It is achieved using the Section with background section, which combines a Background settings module and a Text with image module.

To configure it, set the image inside the Text with image module to right-aligned. If you want to replicate the overlapping look, you can optionally adjust the offset values under Styles > Image > Offset settings.
