To edit your blog listing page, navigate to Settings > Content > Blog inside your HubSpot account. Select your blog, go to the Templates tab, and click Edit page under the Blog Listing Page section.
For further configuration and design options, open your theme editor and navigate to Global theme styles > Other settings > Blog listing & Blog post.
