The blog templates are selected in your blog settings, not in the page editor. In your HubSpot account, go to Settings > Content > Blog, select your blog at the top of the page and open the Templates tab. In the Blog listing page section, click Actions, select Change template, pick the blog listing template of the Focus Plus theme, click Done and then Save at the bottom left.
Repeat the same steps in the Blog post template section of that tab so your blog post pages use the Focus Plus template as well. Afterwards you can edit the listing page with Edit page in the same tab and adjust its design under Global theme styles > Other settings > Blog listing in the page editor.
