The search results page is one of HubSpot's system pages, and its template is not chosen in the page editor but in your account settings. If it shows no header and footer, it is still using HubSpot's generic template instead of the theme's.
Go to Settings > Content > Pages, open the System pages tab (choose the domain first if you have more than one), scroll to Search results page and select the theme's search results template, then save. The page then uses the same global header and footer as the rest of your site.
